Consequences of Prolonged Sitting on the Chair
As the office plankton, I always sat in front of the monitor and did work. I did this for 9 years.
What do I mean by work?
There was pretty much interesting for me stuff. Like programming, mentoring, studying, and so on.
That caused my health like the butt and back hurt.
That was not good for me. And the biggest problem was I really hated to do some gymnastics or some sort of practice with my body. I am not so flexing guy who has a lot of energy for that. But, the pain was never go away, and there was no longer to endure it.
I started to figure out how to relieve my pain.
There was a lot of scarcity and unwishing to do something with my body, cause it was so treenish that I hated to think about doing some practice.
One day, I said, I have to. There is no going back.
I downloaded all the needed applications to my smartphone and paid for them. Cause, this is marketing. All needs me: schedules, notifications, activities graphs, and so on. All functionality was available by purchasing it.
I started to practice yoga, stretching, and jogging.
